Mykhailo Teofilovych Yavorsky is an amazingly kind man who has a broad view of the world, a real thinker, a philosopher, who stands out sharply among others by his erudition, depth of statement and understanding of the most important questions of Genesis. Many people know him as a scholar, teacher, former head of the Department of Mathematics and Methods of Teaching Mathematics Drohobych Pedagogical Institute, who did everything possible to ignite students’ interest in mathematics, for over 20 years he participated in the preparation and conduct of mathematical Olympiads in this university. His contribution to the spiritual development of students was also invaluable. Mykhailo Teofilovych organized the discussion club “Veritas,” which raised a lot of questions of keen interest among young people. Your humble servant Mykhailo Teofilovych helped to enter the world of science. Together with Omelian L. Horbachuk, my scientific adviser, I will always consider Mykhailo Teofilovych my Teacher in the most exalted sense of the word.
